2026/27 · Faculty-wide rate · International students
Non-subsidised rate: what an international student pays WITHOUT the MOE Tuition Grant. With the Tuition Grant the same programme costs S$18,050/year (ASEAN nationals) or S$21,400/year (all other international students), but the grant carries a bond — non-Singaporean recipients must serve a three-year service obligation with a Singapore entity after graduating. The page states subsidised international and non-subsidised fees are inclusive of GST (prevailing GST 9%); Singapore Citizen/PR fees are exclusive of GST. NUS prices per College/Faculty/School rather than per degree: this is the 'Computing' row, covering School of Computing programmes. Cohort-based — this rate applies to the AY2026/2027 intake for their whole candidature.

NUS International Undergraduate Scholarship
100% coverage of subsidised undergraduate tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant), plus an S$5,800 annual living allowance, an S$1,750 one-time computer allowance, and an S$5,000 annual accommodation allowance.
Eligibility: Open to citizens of any country except Singapore, applying for full-time admission to any undergraduate degree programme at NUS. Selection is based on strong leadership qualities and potential, an outstanding co-curricular activities record, and outstanding high school results; candidates are automatically considered through their NUS admission application, with no separate scholarship application. Transfer applicants are not eligible. Renewed every semester provided the recipient maintains a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.5 (or equivalent), or grades within the top 80% of cohort for Dentistry/Law/Medicine, and good conduct; recipients must take up the MOE Tuition Grant, which carries a three-year bond to a Singapore-registered company after graduation (five/six years for Dentistry/Medicine respectively).
NUS's Information Systems major is not on the eligible-programme list for the more generous, STEM-restricted Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship, so this broader, all-programme award is the one that applies to it.
2026/27 · Same rate across the institution · All students — no separate international rate
$73,946/yr is Cornell's 2026-27 undergraduate tuition for out-of-state (non-New-York-resident) students at any Cornell college, and for New York residents at the endowed colleges -- this is the rate every international student pays regardless of which Cornell college hosts their major, since the lower contract-college rate is tied to New York State residency, not citizenship. Same institution-wide figure already recorded on StudyPath’s other Cornell programs.

UNSW prints two fee blocks on each course page. The lower one ($14,500 first year / $37,500 to complete for this degree) is the Commonwealth Supported Place student contribution, available only to Australian/New Zealand citizens and permanent residents; the figure recorded here is the second block, the full international fee. UNSW states it is "based on an estimated average using historical student enrolment patterns" and varies with the calendar year of enrolment, courses chosen and study load. UNSW's full-degree international estimate is $181,000, including roughly $1,000 per year of study-related costs on top of tuition. This is a UNSW Business School degree, accredited by the Australian Computer Society.

UNSW International Student Award
A 20% contribution towards tuition fees each term for the duration of the program. It can be combined with other UNSW scholarships, but not with special offers or tuition fee arrangements under the Sponsor Partners Program.
Eligibility: For international students who are citizens of an eligible country, commencing full-time study as a new student on campus in a UNSW Diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program in 2026 or 2027, holding an offer of admission and not already a UNSW student. Programs offered by AGSM, UNSW Online, UNSW Canberra, UNSW Foundation Programs, Transition Program Online, any Hexamester-calendar program, and Study Abroad students are excluded. Applicants submit a personal statement of no more than 500 words on their reasons for studying the proposed program.
UNSW publishes an explicit "How will I be assessed?" section for this award: applicants are assessed on their ability to demonstrate "Academic Merit" and "Aptitude and commitment to studies". That is a statement about how the award is decided, not merely a bar to apply, and no financial circumstances are named — hence merit rather than both. Confirmation arrives within two days of the offer. The award cannot be deferred.

UNSW International Scientia Coursework Scholarship (PUCA1025)
Either full tuition fee support for the minimum duration of the program, or a $20,000 contribution each year towards tuition fees for the minimum duration of the program. Recipients may also receive invitations to UNSW networking events and guaranteed entry to the UNSW Professional Development Program.
Eligibility: For international coursework students. UNSW states the award rewards high academic achievement, leadership demonstrated at school, in the workplace or in the community, and extracurricular activities such as sport, cultural activities, volunteer work or work experience. A separate scholarship application is required.
Merit is stated in UNSW's own words — the award "rewards students with high academic achievement, leadership skills ... and extracurricular activities" — with no financial-need element, so merit rather than both. No coveragePercentage is recorded: UNSW writes "full tuition fee support", never a percentage, and inventing 100 would be putting a number in the university's mouth.

Australia's Global University Award (PUCA1026)
A once-off payment of $10,000 towards tuition fees.
Eligibility: For international students applying to UNSW. No separate application is needed — anyone who meets the eligibility criteria is automatically considered when they apply to study at UNSW. UNSW states the scholarship rewards students with high academic achievement.
UNSW's description — "This scholarship rewards students with high academic achievement" — is a direct statement about what the award is given for, so merit is recorded. There is no financial-need element and no application, so it is not both. A fixed cash contribution rather than a percentage, so no coveragePercentage.

UNSW College Award (PUCA1027)
A once-off payment of $10,000 towards tuition fees.
Eligibility: For any student who has successfully completed a UNSW College Foundation Studies program and plans to study a UNSW bachelor's degree. Considered automatically — no separate application. UNSW states the award rewards high academic achievement during UNSW College Foundation Studies.
Recorded as merit on UNSW's own wording that it "rewards students with high academic achievement during their UNSW College Foundation Studies". This route is only open to students who came through UNSW College Foundation Studies — it is not a general international award — but it applies to any UNSW bachelor's degree, so it attaches to every undergraduate program here. A fixed cash contribution, so no coveragePercentage.

Monash publishes this figure without stating which year it applies to, so it may already be out of date. Treat it as a starting point and check the course page for the current rate. Flag it below if you know it has changed.
Australian fee years run to the calendar year, so Monash labels this rate 2026 rather than an academic year spanning two years; it had not published 2027 rates when this was collected, and the page says fees are subject to change annually. The figure is the full-time load of 48 credit points; taking fewer or more points changes it proportionally. Monash International Study Grant
A grant of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000 AUD depending on the outcome of the assessment. Recipients must study at least an 18 credit point load per semester to keep the grant.
Eligibility: For applicants from Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka or Nepal applying for a Monash University Australia undergraduate or Masters course. Applicants are assessed automatically once they hold a full offer letter to study at a Monash Australia campus and meet the academic entry requirements. Students already receiving another scholarship or sponsorship that pays part or all of their fees are not eligible, and the grants are not available to transnational-education or sponsored students.
Basis left unset. Monash says the grants are "awarded based on select eligibility criteria" — study level, meeting the academic entry requirements, and location — which is a list of gates rather than a claim that the strongest applicants are chosen; "must meet academic entry requirements" is the ordinary admission bar, not a merit test. Monash also notes that "Some courses may be excluded" without publishing the list, so eligibility for a specific degree should be confirmed with the university. The number of 2026-commencement grants was stated as limited.

PolyU charges one flat non-local rate across every full-time government-funded Bachelor's Degree programme, so this is institution-wide rather than programme-specific; this programme's own 2027 page lists it as Government-Funded. This is the 2025/26 figure as published by Universiti Malaya. An earlier academic year than the one now running. Fees usually rise, so treat it as a floor and check the course page for the current rate.
Taken from UM's own "Fee Structure, Bachelor Programme, Tuition Fee (RM) (International)" sheet, which is headed "Academic session 2025/2026" and "Updated as of October 2025" - i.e. this is the 2025/26 published rate, not a 2026/27 one. The figure is the total for the whole programme, not a yearly rate: the sheet states "Fees structure is based on minimum or common period of study", and fees are "charged is subject to students' registration each semester", so it is normally paid in semester instalments. The sheet also states "Fees are applied to 2025/2026 intake and onwards unless stated otherwise", "Fees are subject to change", and that accommodation is not included. Cross-checks exactly against this course's own page on study.um.edu.my, which shows "International RM 89,200" and notes the figure is not inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST).

UTS's own 2027 International Undergraduate Course Summary Table lists this row, whose CRICOS code matches the code independently confirmed on this programme's own official course page, as a 6-session (3-year) course with this fee per session. UTS runs 2 teaching sessions/year. The table's cover page states it is the '2027' edition but the row itself carries no separate dated label, so it is recorded as undated.

UTS Academic Merit International Scholarship
15% of UTS tuition fees for the standard number of credit points required for the course.
Eligibility: For commencing international students (not Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents) who meet all admission requirements for the chosen UTS undergraduate (including Honours) or postgraduate coursework program and commence full-time and on campus in Sydney. Not available to students of UTS online or distance degrees, or to recipients of other UTS scholarships, grants or the UTS Alumni Advantage Program for the duration of the scholarship. UTS's published selection process is academic merit in the qualification used as the basis of admission.
UTS publishes an explicit "Selection process" heading whose content is "academic merit in the qualification used as the basis of admission" — a statement about how the award is decided, not merely an entry bar — and no financial circumstances are considered, so merit rather than both. The page also tags the scholarship "Merit". The 15% figure applies to students commencing in 2026; UTS's international scholarships page notes the rate was 20% for those who commenced in 2025. Available for intakes up to Spring 2028. Assessed automatically with the course application.

UTS Vice-Chancellor's International Undergraduate Scholarship
A full tuition scholarship for the standard course duration.
Eligibility: For international students commencing an undergraduate degree at UTS. UTS states the scholarship recognises exceptional international students who embody UTS values of innovation and impact.
Recorded as merit on UTS's own characterisation — it "recognises exceptional international students who embody UTS values of innovation and impact". Achievement and contribution, not hardship, so merit rather than both. No coveragePercentage: UTS writes "Full tuition scholarship" and never a percentage figure, and supplying 100 would be a number the university has not published.

UTS GCE A Level and International Baccalaureate Scholarship
A 50% tuition fees scholarship for the standard course duration.
Eligibility: For international undergraduate students entering UTS on the basis of GCE A Level or International Baccalaureate results. Listed by UTS among its undergraduate scholarships and grants for international students; the majority of UTS scholarships require no separate application and are assessed automatically against the course application.
Basis left unset. UTS's international scholarships page states the qualification the award is tied to and its value, but does not say on this page how recipients are selected — and this project does not treat an award being tied to a qualification type as a claim that selection is decided on achievement. UTS runs a separate, explicitly merit-tagged award (the Academic Merit International Scholarship) where that claim is actually made.

UTS Academic Excellence International Scholarship
A 30% tuition fees scholarship for the standard course duration.
Eligibility: Listed by UTS among the scholarships available to commencing international students for both undergraduate and postgraduate coursework study at UTS in Sydney. The majority of UTS scholarships require no separate application — students are assessed automatically and offered a scholarship if they meet the eligibility criteria.
Basis left unset despite the award's name. UTS's international scholarships page gives the value and the level it covers but makes no statement about how recipients are chosen, and the word "Excellence" in a title is not the university claiming that selection is decided on academic achievement. UTS does make that claim explicitly for its Academic Merit International Scholarship, which is why that one carries merit and this one does not.

UW's flat non-resident undergraduate tuition, which the university's own Cost of Attendance page states international students pay (no separate international rate). Informatics is taught in the Information School (iSchool), not the College of Engineering or the Foster School of Business. Checked for a per-college differential: the iSchool's own tuition page (ischool.uw.edu/welcome/tuition) states its fee-based/differential tuition structure applies only to MSIM and MLIS graduate students, not the undergraduate Informatics major; UW's official 2026-27 Tuition and Fees schedule (finance.uw.edu) lists a single flat 'Undergraduate' rate for the whole Seattle campus with no separate iSchool line; and the College of Engineering's new Engineering Program Enhancement Fee (effective autumn 2026) is stated to apply only to students enrolled in the College of Engineering. No Informatics-specific surcharge was found.

For all Undergraduate, Foundation, and Arabic for Non-Native Speakers programs students admitted starting from Fall 2023 onward · Faculty-wide rate · All students — no separate international rate
Qatar University prices undergraduate tuition per credit hour by the college offering the course, not by nationality: QAR 1,200/credit-hour is the College of Business and Economics rate on QU's current fee table (in force for students admitted Fall 2023 onward) and applies the same to Qatari and non-Qatari students alike. Qatari nationals (and other 'tuition-exempted' students) are separately relieved of this fee entirely under a government/university exemption scheme recorded on the same page — a distinct benefit, not a lower published rate — so this is what a non-Qatari international student actually pays. QU states no single annual figure; its own Academic Load policy caps a full-time semester at 12-18 credit hours, so annual cost depends on load taken. Additional mandatory charges are not itemized on this page; confirm current ancillary fees directly with QU Admissions.
▸Show the fee on the university's site
Estimated annual cost derived from QU's own published figures (not a QU-stated annual total): the College of Engineering rate is QAR 1,400/credit hour, and QU's Academic Load policy caps a full-time Fall/Spring semester at 12-18 credit hours (24-36 credit hours/year) for students in good academic standing. That implies roughly QAR 33,600-50,400/year, i.e. about USD 9,230-13,850/year at the Qatari riyal's fixed peg of QAR 3.64 = USD 1 (peg is common knowledge, not a QU-published figure). A common ~15-credit/semester (30/year) load works out to about QAR 42,000 (~USD 11,540/year), consistent with published third-party estimates. QU does not publish a single 'typical' credit load, only this minimum/maximum range.

Macquarie Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship (VCIS)
A one-off fee reduction of up to AUD $10,000 applied towards tuition fees.
Eligibility: For full-time international students commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree at Macquarie, with a minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 for undergraduate applications (a minimum WAM equivalent of 65 for postgraduate applications), commencing study in the session and year stated in the scholarship offer letter. Applicants must first receive a full offer to study at Macquarie and then complete a short scholarship application form. Macquarie lists the applicable course as "All". Other study levels, such as Macquarie University College pathway programs and Study Abroad, may be considered case by case.
Macquarie states the award "is awarded to recognise academic excellence" and is "a highly competitive scholarship based on academic merit" — an explicit claim about how it is decided, with no financial-need element, so merit rather than both. No coveragePercentage: the value is a capped cash amount ("up to AUD $10,000"), not a percentage of tuition. The undergraduate bar is an ATAR-equivalent rank, not a percentage mark, and the postgraduate bar is on Macquarie's Weighted Average Mark scale, so neither is recorded as a numeric bar. Applications are open year round but the scholarship is described as very limited.

NTHU's own official graduate tuition-fee table (cited here) prices tuition by College, not by individual programme, with a named row for "Electrical Engineering and Computer Science" at TWD 36,300 (approx. USD 1,100, per the table's own conversion note) per semester for International and Mainland Chinese students. This programme's home institute -- the Institute of Information Systems and Applications (ISA), which houses IMPISA -- is confirmed as one of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science's own departments/institutes on the College's own official site (eecs-en.site.nthu.edu.tw), alongside the Department of Computer Science. Taiwan's academic year runs two semesters, so a full year is roughly double this per-semester figure; recorded here as the per-semester rate the source actually states, not doubled into an assumed annual figure. A separate, smaller per-credit fee also applies for credits taken beyond the standard load.
