International tuition
SGD 39,700 per year
2026/27 · Faculty-wide rate · International students
Non-subsidised rate: what an international student pays WITHOUT the MOE Tuition Grant. With the Tuition Grant the same programme costs S$18,050/year (ASEAN nationals) or S$21,400/year (all other international students), but the grant carries a bond — non-Singaporean recipients must serve a three-year service obligation with a Singapore entity after graduating. The page states subsidised international and non-subsidised fees are inclusive of GST (prevailing GST 9%); Singapore Citizen/PR fees are exclusive of GST. NUS prices per College/Faculty/School rather than per degree: this is the 'Computing' row, covering School of Computing programmes. Cohort-based — this rate applies to the AY2026/2027 intake for their whole candidature, payable in two equal instalments across Semesters 1 and 2.

Scholarships
NUS Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship
100% coverage of subsidised undergraduate tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant), plus an S$6,000 annual living allowance, an S$1,750 one-time computer allowance, an S$200 one-time settling-in allowance, an annual accommodation allowance equivalent to the lowest double-room on-campus rate, and a travel allowance for incoming/return passage.
Eligibility: Open to citizens of an Asian country or region (excluding Singapore) applying for full-time admission to an undergraduate programme in Computing, Engineering (excluding Infrastructure and Project Management), or Science (excluding Environmental Studies and Pharmacy) at NUS. Selection is based on strong leadership qualities and potential, an excellent co-curricular activities record, and outstanding high school results; candidates are automatically considered through their NUS admission application, with no separate scholarship application. Transfer applicants are not eligible. Renewed every semester provided the recipient maintains a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.50 (or equivalent) and good conduct; recipients must take up the MOE Tuition Grant, which carries a six-year bond to a Singapore-registered company after graduation.
NUS also offers a broader NUS International Undergraduate Scholarship (open to citizens of any country except Singapore, any undergraduate programme) with a comparable 100%-tuition-plus-allowances structure; the S&T award is the STEM-specific one and is used here because it covers this programme.

100% coverage of subsidised undergraduate tuition fees (after the MOE Tuition Grant), plus an S$5,800 annual living allowance, an S$1,750 one-time computer allowance, and an S$5,000 annual accommodation allowance.
Eligibility: Open to citizens of any country except Singapore, applying for full-time admission to any undergraduate degree programme at NUS. Selection is based on strong leadership qualities and potential, an outstanding co-curricular activities record, and outstanding high school results; candidates are automatically considered through their NUS admission application, with no separate scholarship application. Transfer applicants are not eligible. Renewed every semester provided the recipient maintains a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.5 (or equivalent), or grades within the top 80% of cohort for Dentistry/Law/Medicine, and good conduct; recipients must take up the MOE Tuition Grant, which carries a three-year bond to a Singapore-registered company after graduation (five/six years for Dentistry/Medicine respectively).
NUS's Information Systems major is not on the eligible-programme list for the more generous, STEM-restricted Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship, so this broader, all-programme award is the one that applies to it.
