Terms of use
What using this site means
Short version: this is a free tool for comparing universities, not an application service, not an admissions guarantee, and not a replacement for the university's own current page. The longer version is below.
What StudyPath is
StudyPath is a directory and comparison tool for undergraduate study abroad. Every figure on it — tuition, deadlines, entry requirements, scholarships — is read from a university's own published page and checked against an archived copy of that page. See why it exists for the full reasoning.
It is free to use, with no account required for browsing, searching, filtering or comparing. An account is optional and only adds saved likes and application-status tracking that follow you between devices.
This isn't a guarantee, and figures change
Nothing on this site is admissions advice, a promise of acceptance, or a promise that a fee, deadline or scholarship will still be what's shown by the time you apply. Universities revise tuition, requirements and intake dates every year, and occasionally mid-year. A figure that was correct and verified when it was checked can still go stale after that.
Before you rely on anything here for an application, a payment, or a visa decision, confirm it directly on the university's own official page. Every verified figure on this site links to exactly that page for this reason — use it.
This site is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, StudyPath isn't liable for decisions made on the strength of anything shown here, including application fees paid, deposits sent, or opportunities missed because a figure had gone out of date.
Accounts
Signing in is by a one-time email link or through Google — no password is ever created. Keep access to your email account secure, since that's what controls sign-in. Don't use another person's account or identity to sign in.
An account can be deleted at any time by asking through the contact page — see the privacy policy for exactly what that removes.
What you send us
Corrections, missing-university reports, reviews and student photos are all welcome, and all reviewed before anything is published or changed — nothing is edited on the strength of a report alone, the same rule described on the contact page.
Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, anything defamatory or knowingly false, or a photo of someone else without their permission. By submitting a review or a photo, you confirm it's genuinely yours to share and give StudyPath permission to display it on the site in connection with the university or course it describes. You can ask for something you submitted to be removed at any time through the contact page.
Other people's content, and links away from this site
Every tuition figure, deadline and requirement quotes a university's own words, with a link to the original page — that page belongs to the university, not to StudyPath, and this site makes no claim over it. Reviews and forum-style content belong to whoever wrote them.
This site links out to university admissions pages, government and visa authorities, and (where marked) advertising or affiliate partners. Following a link away from StudyPath means you're on a different site, under that site's own terms — StudyPath doesn't control and isn't responsible for what happens there. An affiliate link is always labelled as one; see the privacy policy for which partners currently run one.
Advertising
This site carries advertising, which is what keeps it free for students — see the privacy policy for exactly which networks run today and how their cookies work. Ads never sit beside a fee figure, inside an evidence disclosure, or on the scholarship checker, and are always labelled “Advertisement” — a paid placement is never presented as a verified finding.
Using the site fairly
Please don't try to scrape the whole dataset, hammer the site with automated requests, attempt to break or bypass anything, or submit spam, malware, or abusive content through any form on the site.
Changes
These terms and the privacy policy can change as the site does. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version, which is always the one live at this URL.
