University of London Scholarship for Women in Africa
Up to eight scholarships of £7,000 each per year across all eligible programmes combined (not per programme). Explicitly a partial scholarship — does not cover full tuition; paid as a percentage against each fee payment (module registration and examination entry fees), not as one lump sum, and the award holder remains responsible for any remaining fee balance.
Eligibility: Must hold an offer of a place on the BSc Computer Science (or BSc Business Administration, BSc Psychology, MSc Computer Science, LLM (PG Laws), Global MBA) programme via standard entry (the performance-based admission route is not eligible); must be a new student commencing in the 2026/27 academic year; must be female and resident in an African country; must explain the impact the scholarship would have on the applicant's ability to complete the degree and confirm the remaining, uncovered fees can be paid. Per the scholarship's own terms, it is available for University of London distance learning programmes only — this matches this dataset's online/independent-study BSc Computer Science, not a Recognised Teaching Centre offering.
