This course starts in 2027, but Oxford has only published fees up to 2026/27. Expect the 2027 figure to be higher.
Oxford bands the overseas course fee by subject; this is the rate published on this course’s own page, within the University-wide 2026/27 overseas range of £37,380 to £62,820. College fee: none is payable on top of this figure. Oxford published separate university and college fees only up to 2018/19; from 2019/20 the course fee is a single published figure and the University course fees page states "The course fees you pay include your fees for both University and college services and are divided between the University (including your department or faculty) and your college on a formula basis." This course page adds that "There are no compulsory costs for this course beyond the fees shown above and your living costs." Figure is the published 2026-entry rate: the course page states that "the fees and funding information below relates to 2026 entry and updated information for 2027 entry will be available in September 2026." Admissions test: all applicants must sit the TMUA.

Course fees, a grant for living costs, and one return air fare per year, for the 3- or 4-year length of the course. Receipt of the award in subsequent years is subject to satisfactory academic progress.
Eligibility: Open to nationals of countries on the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) list of aid recipients who, for political or financial reasons, or because suitable educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own country. For new undergraduates in all subjects in the course listing except medicine. The scheme is only suitable for candidates who have received an offer and who are of the highest academic ability; financial need, social commitment and inability to study for a degree in their own country are also major selection criteria. Applicants should intend to return to their home country after their studies. Around 2-3 awards are made per year and competition is very high.
Applications for 2026 entry closed on 4 February 2026; details for 2027 entry are due to be published on this page in January 2027. Not all Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford Scholarships every year — being placed at a non-participating college does not prevent an application, and successful applicants are transferred to a participating college.
