Deutschlandstipendium at HTWG Konstanz
EUR 300 per month across the whole standard period of study, financed half by the federal government and half by private sponsors such as companies. The award is generally approved for two semesters at a time, with an annual review of talent and performance deciding whether funding continues.
Eligibility: A performance-based award. Applicants must show outstanding academic performance, or give expectation of it from their previous achievements, and must also demonstrate through active, current civic engagement a willingness to take responsibility. Holders are funded who show outstanding performance compared with fellow students on the same programme; special achievements, awards and prizes, previous work experience and internships, extracurricular engagement and special personal or family circumstances are further selection criteria.
Quote is from HTWG Konstanz's German-language student-facing Deutschlandstipendium page, which is where it states the figure. No numeric grade threshold is published — the bar is relative to fellow students on the same programme — so none is recorded here.
