Baden-Württemberg charges students who are not EU nationals tuition of EUR 1,500 per semester, and Ulm's fees page points international students to it. Apart from that, Ulm charges no tuition on bachelor's and consecutive master's programmes; only a few named master's programmes have their own fees. Every student also pays the semester fee (administration, student services and student body).
