KTU prices tuition by study-field group rather than by individual programme: this flat rate applies to every bachelor's programme in the Engineering Sciences, Technology Sciences, Informatics Sciences, Physical Sciences and Mathematics Sciences study field groups, not to Informatics alone. Applies to the institutional admission route for foreign (non-EU/non-state-funded) citizens; EU citizens compete instead for state-funded places at Lithuanian universities. KTU offers partial or full tuition fee waivers to candidates with outstanding results (see scholarships).

Scholarships
KTU Scholarship for International Applicants
Full or partial tuition fee waiver, depending on the applicant's entrance/competition score.
Eligibility: First-year Bachelor's applicants with a strong academic record and motivation. Open to all international applicants; every applicant who submits an application through KTU's online application system is automatically considered — no separate scholarship application is required.
The exact waiver percentage is determined case-by-case from the applicant's entrance score and is not published as a fixed grade ladder.
