The two student housings ADA University cooperates with for its incoming exchange and full-time international students - Univerium and Tabriz Evlari - per person per month, as published in ADA's own International Students Handbook. ADA states it has no accommodation of its own.
Univerium, ten minutes' walk from campus, offers quadruple bedrooms and has a canteen, conference room, cinema room, sports hall, study rooms and a music room; Tabriz Evlari, also ten minutes away, gives each student a single bedroom/study room with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both include electricity, water, internet, cable TV, heating, bedding, towels, iron, dishes and a vacuum cleaner in the price. Tabriz Evlari additionally takes a 200 AZN security deposit, refundable. The handbook's own expenses table lists housing as 260 to 400 AZN but gives no period on that row, which is why the figures here come from the accommodation section instead. The handbook is dated September 2024 and is the current edition ADA publishes.
