POLITEHNICA Bucharest publishes one non-EU foreign-student fee schedule covering every programme: EUR 2,430 per academic year (9 months) for undergraduate studies in technology, sciences, mathematics and applied mathematics — roughly USD 2,700, one of the cheapest English-taught engineering degrees found in Europe. A one-off EUR 100 enrolment fee is charged in the first year of study. This is recorded as prose rather than as a structured tuition figure because the fee schedule itself carries no academic year anywhere on it, and this project does not attach a year a source has not stated; the university separately confirms a 2026-2027 intake on its non-EU application forms. The fee must be paid in full for one year within 20 days of receiving the Ministry of Education’s Letter of Acceptance, or the place is lost.

- Non-EU applicants register online at apply.upb.ro between February and July. The file then goes to the Ministry of Education, whose processing takes a minimum of 30 days before a Letter of Acceptance is issued, so applying early in the window matters.
