UP Diliman charges the same PHP 1,500 per-unit tuition rate to all undergraduates regardless of nationality (no separate international per-unit rate exists in the Schedule of Fees). However, the same Schedule of Fees separately lists a mandatory Educational Development Fee (EDF) charged only to foreign undergraduate students, on top of tuition and other fees: US$300 per semester for non-resident aliens, or US$150 per semester for resident aliens. UP Diliman's Office of the University Registrar separately states the combined undergraduate matriculation fee (tuition, miscellaneous fees, and student fund) is about PHP 27,500 per semester for a 17-unit non-laboratory course load, before the EDF surcharge; laboratory fees of PHP 100-1,800 per subject apply on top where relevant.

Scholarships
UP Oblation Scholarship
Free tuition, miscellaneous fees, and laboratory fees, plus a book allowance of PHP 2,250 per semester and a monthly incentive allowance of PHP 3,000.
Eligibility: Awarded to the top 50 qualifiers of the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) system-wide, identified by UPCAT scores and University Predicted Grades.
A UP System-wide award (not exclusive to UP Diliman students, though many enrol at Diliman); reported here from a UP System news article dated 3 August 2026 recognising the 2026 Oblation Scholars. Of the 50 qualifiers that year, 22 chose to enrol at UP.
