IUS prices per programme and splits its table into two columns: "Local & Balkan Citizens", who pay 9,400 BAM and are defined on the same page as citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, North Macedonia and Albania, and "International", who pay 6,600 EUR. The quoted span starts at the FENS table header and runs through the Computer Sciences and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Genetics, Mechanical and Architecture rows to reach Software Engineering, because those rows sit between the header and this one. IUS states the fees are the annual tuition for 2026/2027 and apply to both new and continuing students. Paying a full year up front earns a further 5% discount.

Eligibility: Sit the Turkish AYT (Alan Yeterlilik Testi) exam in the Mathematical, Linguistic or combined Mathematical-and-Linguistic test and place in the top 10,000 nationally (top 5,000 in the language test).
The bar is a national exam rank, not a grade average or GPA, so no minimum-grade field is recorded — IUS states no percentage, A-Level or GPA threshold for this award. IUS separately states that undergraduate scholarships are assured for five years, except that a student on a 100% scholarship must keep a CGPA of at least 3.00 or the award drops to 75% for the rest of the degree.
