du.ac.bd publishes an identical 'Foreign Student Admission Fees' template across every department's own subpage checked -- IIT, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Law all print byte-for-byte the same paragraph, including a reference to 'the Department of Computer Science and Engineering' and office@cse.du.ac.bd regardless of which department's URL is used. Rather than reading this as untrustworthy boilerplate, the consistency across four unrelated departments (including Law, which has nothing to do with CSE) is itself the evidence: this is a single Coordination & Development (C&D) Committee-set rate applied university-wide to all foreign undergraduate admissions, copy-pasted without customising the department name. The rate is 100 USD/credit for students from countries outside SAARC (recorded here); students from SAARC countries (which includes most of BSSE's likely international applicant pool -- Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Maldives) pay half that, 50 USD/credit. A separate Departmental Development Fee of 100 USD/year applies to all foreign students on top, and all foreign students must also pay University Admission Fees per DU's regulations (amount not stated). The page states a Total Undergraduate Degree Requirement of 150 credits, which is the same boilerplate figure and does not match BSSE's own official 144-credit structure (see the course length above) -- so a BSSE student's actual cost is this per-credit rate applied over 144 credits, not 150. The rate was 'set in the Coordination & Development (C&D) Committee meeting held on July 25, 2022' with no more specific current academic year given, hence undated.
